[DM-MUG] Low Level Format

The drive will display on Apple disk Utility but you can't select the  
drive.
  I have tried Drive 10 and Disk Warrior and both programs can see it  
but
won't try to repair it. The problem started when Disk Warrior was  
writing
a replacement file and I had the electricity flicker for a second or  
two.
Since that time the drive won't mount on the desktop and my utilities
can't do anything with it.
