<div>Hmm, it's been a while since I ran it on Windows. It is possible that it's called something else. If I remember correctly, there is a link in your Start Menu called "Config Test" or something of that nature. I know on the *nix side of things, the file this link executes is apachectl, so maybe whatever program that link is executing is the one you want.

<div><br> </div>You should have a batch file installed in the bin directory of your apache2 install location (C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\bin, I think). That script should be called apachectl <-- that's the letter L, not the number 1. And you run it with a -l <-- the letter L again to list modules that are compiled.

<div>A few things to note. PHP actually has a note that you should not use the threaded MPM for Apache 2. There are issues with memory locking (I believe). So if you are using Apache, make sure to load the prefork MPM modules.

<div>Also, since you are running Windows, make sure that you copy the php4apache2.dll to c:\windows or c:\windows\system32. I found that this is necessary nearly everytime for Windows. I don't know why it is or why it's not documented in the PHP manual, but it usually resolves my issues with loading the php module during Apache startup.
