Principal is a very sought after company and they have their choice of any candidate they could possibly want for whatever position they want. I don't mean to say this to discourage you (I apply every once in a while and have never even so much as received a call or a Dear John letter), but my wife worked in their hiring department for a time and she said they generally have around 200 candidates for any position they are looking to fill.

</blockquote><div><br>Definitely get some education. Another thing to try is putting some stuff out there, freeware, open-source, etc... and build a portfolio. Sometimes, those speak louder than anything. <br></div><br>
