[ciapug] Choosing a js library

I've got an opportunity now to choose a new js library. A year ago
when I did this I liked mootools. In the last year though the jquery
community has taken that project forward at a faster pace than the
mootools community has. Also a year ago, the adoption of dojo was very
high and it felt like it had a stronger showing than the others, but
it was a lot heavier. Since then they've split the project into three
seperate libraries so that its core file size is in line with jquery
and mootools.

How do you choose? The process of getting familiar with a project is
lengthy and I don't have the time to do it thrice.

I want to pick the winning team this time. Can anyone give some insight?
