-          We are always looking for additional coders in PHP and Flex
but are really seeking an architect position. Someone that I can work
with that knows design patterns, zend, loves strict! Someone that I can
really mentor and should have the aspirations of being a Zend expert. If
you have lived and breathed PHP for a couple years lets talk. 

-          If you place HTML inline with your PHP code and Mysql_connect
is anywhere near your presentation we may not be the place for you. 

-          If you live in Iowa and can make it to the office when needed
we will make it work. Right now we are not hiring mobile only employees
as we need people that work with teams and we have historically not
faired well with the leader of the team being remote. 

-          We fly all over the country for client meetings and you may
find yourself on a plane a couple times a year.

Wade,

 

Are you only looking for a capable warm body or is there more meat to
the job than advertised? I am in the market but know little about your
company and your clients.  One deal breaker for me is I am only
interested in telecommute which is likely something that doesn't
interest you.  If I am wrong let me know and we can talk.
