Here's an interesting web site someone told me about a couple weeks ago:

http://www.cmsmatrix.org/

It compares different content management software.  You can tell it what kind of environment you want to use, such as LAMP, and it will find the software that runs best on that particular environment.  I haven't looked at too closely, but I plan to.
