[ciapug] PHP Form Generator

Does anyone have a PHP form generator they like.  I just tried one at www.citybusinesslogic.com, but it didn't work very well.  Their support forum is down, and they claim they are about to release an updated version.

I'm looking at clonefish now, which looks much better.  It supports XHTML and you can write you own database connector.
