[ciapug] Meetings

[Carl Olsen]

Any day but the first Wednesday is okay with me.  I would suggest trying to
have it on a night that one of the other groups is not meeting.  The only
ones I know about are the Iowa .NET User Group, The Java User Group, the
Agile Group, and the Iowa Linux Users Group.  There may be others.
