Yep, that looks b0rkend.

Quanta+ (in Linux) does a decent job of code folding - but AFAIK it only 
does automatic folding on PHP logic, not the arbitrary selection folding 
that Carl is describing.

It does follow logic between PHP open & close tags, unlike Afan's 
example from Zend Studio here.
