The newest version of Dreamweaver has code folding/collapsing. You just click on the line number area at the left of the page and drag the mouse down to wherever you want to end the block and it makes it so you can collapse or expand that block. I saw the rules for the Zend Studio code folding, but when I look at the code it isn't even close to being in compliance with those rules. It just puts them in at random. It's completely broken. On the other hand, Zend Studio is great for finding small typos and syntax errors, and the code completion seems to work well. When I create a new class, it shows me the methods and properties in a drop down list while I'm typing, which makes it much easier than trying to remember what name I gave a method or a property.
