Anybody have a good rules engine they are using with their PHP applications? I'd prefer something open source and that the rules engine software support an API (SOAP preferred) so that any our apps (not just PHP) can make use of it. To be clear the rules engine itself doesn't need to be PHP, I can tolerate Java and .NET as long as there is an API to talk to. --Tony
