<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto"><VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>After finally getting the download and installing it I can open VirtualBox but am unable to start an XP virtual machine due to the errors I sent in the screen shot. This happens before I even get to the point of actually loading the XP software. I can look at the settings for the VM but am unable to click on Start without encountering the errors.</SPAN></div>

<DIV id=yiv15373593>I have been repeatedly warned against getting VB from a software center; I've been told to get it directly from Oracle instead. Perhaps because the software centers are much slower to be updated. I don't remember what troubles I encountered, but I seem to have much better results when getting it from Oracle.

<DIV>I have been trying to download the current version of virtualbox today and each time I start the download it stops before getting the entire file and reports in a brief popup in the lower right of my screen that all file downloads completed. Of about 6 attempts I think the most I received was about 27 MB of the 62MB file that is starts out telling me that I am downloading. <WBR></DIV>
