If you can, remove any non-essential hardware (such as your radio tuner and/or modem) and see if you get blue screens.  Add devices back one at a time.  You may have an unseated or damaged component.  I've seen a modem that was (partially) hit by lightning still function, but would throw up blue screens at random.  I've seen video cards with damaged video RAM or partially unseated from PCI-E/AGP do funny things to computers too.<br>
