<div style="">I do not know of a way to do that. I know that the Google Reader Android app behaved that way... but it also had a habit of marking months of "read" posts as "unread", so I uninstalled it.<br>

I use Google Reader directly from the Android browser and it truncates the list to 15 at a time. I read per category and mark a block of 15 read and go on to the next. It's not as nice as a full Firefox experience, but it's not bad. Just make sure you're
not in "show details" mode.<br>
