Hmm... it looks like there has been a lot of change in the browsers with each release since 4.5. 4.5 -> 4.6 was a big jump, 4.6 -> 5.0 again a big improvement, and then 5 -> 6 a switch to webkit based browser like in the iphone and android. What a pain.<div>

</div>I'd suggest an 8820. GSM, GPS, WiFi. No camera. Old enough to be cheap. New enough to run most third-party software (BB OS 4.5). Not quite new enough to run the "new" built-in browser introduced in BB OS 4.6, but still pretty decent as far as mobile browsers go, and Opera Mini is also available.<br>
