I assist to IT tech at company I`m working at for long time and also (</span>Volunteer-based<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; ">) do maintenance for many of my friends outside of work. So, I do have knowledge and experience and that is not my problem.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; "><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; ">My company never requested TIA A+ from me because I am involved in other stuff besides helping IT tech. Recently I applied to a few IT position (I want to that full time) but they required TIA A+ CERTIFICATION and respond to my certificate is that I only finished required classes and that is not valid certification.
