Ummm...Why didnt you use <a href="http://unrevoked.com/">Unrevolked</a>? It took me about a minute to root my HTC Incredible. Well, I did it the old way before unrevolked but have since used them to re-root it and to turn s-off with unrevolked forever.<br>
