<div>See, then I lose all functionality of Google Reader and similar sites. The point is that I don't want to blanket-ly stop the entire page or browser, I need to be able to stop particular requests. I'll agree that it's a unique problem, and there may not
be a solution.<br>

But every time I see that "Transferring data from blahblahblah.com..." in the status bar in FireFox, I wish I could just double-click on it and bring up all the requests for that tab, and be able to kill each one individually or in batch.<br>
