Hey,<div>I have a friend who only gets 3mbps (max that Qwest offers out there), and he lives on 167th St in Clive. I was wondering if anyone served out there. He is currently on Qwest, and I guess that he said they have a fiber line pulled to the local cabinet, but they aren't willing to use it. Feel free to let me know.</div>
