probably can't do too much until Qwest upgrades their infrastructure. And who knows when their Iowa capital budget
will<br>recover from the '08 flood damage in eastern Iowa.<br><br>What really makes it annoying is that people I know
out in the boonies get better bandwidth. (~7 Mbps wireless, middle of a western state; ~20 Mbps<br>DSL in rural
Iowa/Minnesota).<br></div>
