Who is responsible for getting that PVC from the computer/demarc out to that designated connection? Is that something Internet Solver can do? Is is something I can do myself on my own property? Do you need to have a specific certification/license?<br>

Qwest portion but requiring $10k in conduit from the designated building to the 
road to $30k for the Qwest construction but the conduit was already there. Most 
of them we&#39;ve installed or quoted didn&#39;t have any Qwest charges though. The 
majority of the cost is you getting a 4&quot; PVC conduit from your computer/demarc 
room out to the designated location in the right of way.</font></span></div>

    paint on the ground when they do locates the local part of Qwest is labeled
