Who is responsible for getting that PVC from the computer/demarc out to that designated connection? Is that something Internet Solver can do? Is is something I can do myself on my own property? Do you need to have a specific certification/license?<br>

Qwest portion but requiring $10k in conduit from the designated building to the
road to $30k for the Qwest construction but the conduit was already there. Most
of them we've installed or quoted didn't have any Qwest charges though. The
majority of the cost is you getting a 4" PVC conduit from your computer/demarc
room out to the designated location in the right of way.</font></span></div>

paint on the ground when they do locates the local part of Qwest is labeled
