subject to restraint and 3rd party providers but cable Internet was wide
open and didn't have those requirements. Instead of applying some regulation
to cable Internet and enforcing neutrality, the FCC went the other way and
let DSL have the same freedoms as cable had (and has misused in some
cases).</font></span></div>

problems dealing with utilities, I would highly recommend calling the
Utilities Board. I haven’t called them about MediaComm, but
when I call about other utilities I get prompt
action. They seem to pay quite a bit more
attention to your problem when the Utilities Board is
