some regulation to cable Internet and enforcing neutrality, the FCC went the
other way and let DSL have the same freedoms as cable had (and has misused in
some cases).</font></span></div>

problems dealing with utilities, I would highly recommend calling the
Utilities Board. I haven’t called them about MediaComm, but when I
call about other utilities I get prompt action. They
seem to pay quite a bit more attention to your problem when the Utilities
