We are hitting Ankeny first. We are one of the only isp's that have put in our own remote dslams but only in business parks. It is very expensive relative to the number of customers and backhaul in residential areas is tricky.

Great...any news on Waukee? I live on the Waukee/Clive boarder and have a similar issue. I'd love to switch to Qwest (though it sounds like I just have a "grass is greener" approach) but they only offer 1.5 to my area. I'm used to 12 on Mediacom (when it works). My mediacom's been up and down 3+ times this morning already and when it is up it's much slower than usual!
Good guess but no. And now that you remind me, two announcements.
