Also remember there are free email services such as Google that won't suck like mediacom and you'll be able to retain your address if you're ever lucky enough to switch ISP's away from mediacom.<br><br>Seriously though...are there any real benefits to using the ISP provided email? I haven't used an ISP email since my folks finally ditched AOL (ok, AOL dialup years ago. mom just got rid of AOL software a couple months ago) for broadband.<br>

Also remember that if emails to your address bounce a certain number of times (*cough* Mediacom *cough*), you will automatically be unsubscribed. If you stop getting emails, try to rejoin the list.<br>
