:( I would love to...but that kind of work doesn't fall to me and the closest thing we have to linux around here (that I know of) is AIX and the linux vm I run when I need one. (ssshhhhhh... I didn't say I run a VM!)<br>

problem, solve it with Linux. Really. In a windows shop, there's<br>
usually lots of room for this kind of thing:<br>

Setup a Linux box with Nagios, SmokePing, Cacti, OpenNMS or similar to<br>
monitor & trend your production windows & network gear<br>
Setup a postfix/exim system with ClamAV, Amavis, SpamAssassin etc to<br>
filter your exchange mail<br>
Setup a Samba CLIENT on your windows network to virus scan file shares<br>
Setup an OpenVPN server<br>
Setup a Linux firewall in front of your office Wifi, add a captive<br>
portal allowing guests limited access & printing<br>
