I've had a Intel 32<font size="1"><font size="2">gb X25-E on a LAMP server for several months. It improved performance by about double (anecdotally). Went from a mirror RAID of 2 7200rpm SATA drives to a single SSD. It was an amazing difference. <br>

Trim is important for _most_ SSD drives. The Intel X25M's aren't bad<br>

I'd love to have an SSD drive but last time I checked Linux doesn't<br>
support the TRIM command which is important to prevent performance<br>
degradation over time. Anybody know when Linux will support TRIM?<br>
