I still have my old Treo 600 laying around. I was tempted to try to<br>
unlock it - was a T-Mobile phone, so I could use it on AT&T. I'm<br>
guessing it doesn't have enough horsepower to run android... and the<br>
screen resolution is I think 1/2 what the 650 is.<br>
