You are probably looking for something you can install on your own<br>
server but if you don't mind a hosted wiki then you should check out<br>
PBwiki <a href="http://www.pbwiki.com" target="_blank">http://www.pbwiki.com</a> It has a WYSIWYG editor mode.<br>
