<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Carmel Corn (Microwave)</span></p>

<p><i>Ingredients</i></p>

1 cup brown sugar

1 stick butter

<br>

1/4 cup white syrup (Corn syrup)

<br>

1/2 teaspoon salt

<br>

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

<br>

15 cups popcorn

<p><i>Directions</i></p>

<p>1. Mix all ingredients except soda in a bowl</p>

<p>2. Microwave for 1 minute on high</p>

<p>3. Stir than microwave for 1 minute on high</p>

<p>4. Add soda</p>

<p>5. Put 14-16 cups of popcorn in a paper bag</p>

<p>6. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn</p>

<p>7. Fold top 1/2 inch of the paper bag and shake</p>

<p>8. Microwave on high on top for 1 1/2 minutes</p>

<p>9. Shake microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes</p>

<p>10. Pour in bowls and serve</p>
