<DIV></DIV>I happen to come from a MySQL 4.1 and MySQL 3.2 background, in which triggers and stored procedures didn't exist. As I said, I hadn't figured out a reason to use triggers yet. It sounds like you and Dave just gave me a couple of good reasons to use them.<BR>
