I'll second m0n0wall. Although you don't get the Arbitrator functionality,<br>
You do get a decent GUI, but there's not much customization available<br>
since it's basically burn the ISO and slap it in the drive.<br>

I know it isn't strictly Linux based, but Monowall, based on BSD works<br>pretty well at my office. I'm running it from a CDROM and a floppy,<br>but you can install it to an IDE flash drive as well.<br><br>More information available at:
