I've had a great experience with godaddy.com Very inexpensive and I even had a good experience with their support concerning my domain transfer. My previous host didn't want to let the name go, so godaddy recorded me authorizing the transfer and it was done shortly there after.

I don't really care what TLD I get. I just want something that is cheap, but has good customer service in case I have problems. Also, I tend to like local companies, but that's a pretty low requirement since I would never really be dealing with them much.
