I think it is easy to configure once you are over the learning curve,
but as long as you start with just a few hosts and start with a few services
you can quickly get up to speed and add more complicated monitors. As
with all networking monitoring packages you need to have some experience
with scripting (Perl, SH, etc)</tt></font>

mailing lists are very active. Ask the CIALUG list too since there
appears to be a few Nagios users.</tt></font>
