[Cialug] overlay mounts

well, that doesnt work for my needs. I'm using plex to stream off ACD
so I need it mounted and available for plex to see the data.

I've built this on a GB pipe.

I can have multiple people stream off of the acd_cli mount without any
hiccups. I have about 1TB in ACD now but I know of people with 20TBs.
