[Cialug] Mediacom's pop-up banners

One last note:  As bad as Mediacom can be, I find that persistence pays
off.  If they won't fix your issue on the first call, find time to call
back.  When I do this I get things fixed.

Sometimes the first person you get is either clueless or lazy.  By calling
back or asking for a higher "tier" person, you generally get better support.
