[Cialug] Maximized Apps

There are now a plethora of apps that look good full-screen (Citrix,
VirtualBox to name a few), .. one behavior that bugs me is that a
maximized window appears on all desktops.

I realize that it is 'binding' itself to the underlying desktop, which is
replacated across workspaces, but is there any way to avoid this behavior
(i.e. force the 'maximuzed windows' to only be visible in the workspace
where it was originally created)?
