I ran into a similar problem recently and was able to resolve it by copying
the certs that our citrix devices use externally to my ICAClient keystore.
 I had to export and copy 3 certs in total.  I am using Ubuntu and firefox
so I don't know how much variation you will have.  Just a suggestion.
