I'll second the Axis opinion. We have a 212 PTZ mounted to a flagpole. We made a slight modification to it's power board so the network cable powers a Ubiquiti Nanostation (for a wireless link back to the building). Pretty slick camera. EmbarkIT works with an Axis rep local to Des Moines, and they can probably overnight anything you need.

Maybe Lowes?  I've seen cameras and security stuff in the big box home improvement stores before.   BlueCherry is in Missouri and can ship fast. 

I'll give you a wireless camera I have if you promise not to curse me.  I was pretty annoyed with the patterns that would cross the screen often enough that it did not work with motion detection.

If you have a choice the AXIS wired cameras I have used are fantastic (indoor and wired) and I have heard Panasonic cameras may be even better - that might have been someone on this list.

I have some pci digitizer cards if you can find normal security cameras.
