You can crash at my house next time, I know what it's like.

The TV coax was probably 1'-2' away from the phone line that was cut and 
might have also been cut. The best way to get things fixed is to mention 
your horrible diseases that require you to call 911 frequently and your 
friend that works for the Utilities Board.
