[Cialug] groklaw timeout

Thanks for all the replies!  The problem persists for me and seems to
be local to just my connection.  A tech at mediacom speculated that
someone at UNC mistyped an IP into a blocked list and ended up
blocking me by mistake.  He confirmed my IP is not on any common
blacklists.  I've forwarded the info to a corporate email address he
gave me.  Now I wait.  I just have to figure out how to get my groklaw
fix...
