I'm not aware of a way to list the services except 
$ ls /etc/init.d/ or $ ps of course. 

start, stop, reload, restart services:
# /etc/init.d/foo (start|stop|reload|restart)

I rarely, if ever, have used a GUI for this so someone else may help 
more in that area.
