[Cialug] Is this misuse of technology?

this was on NPR about 3 months ago. was on some quiz show. don't 
remember which
one. its the one where they have all the different stories all sounding very
absurd and only one of the stories is true.

if i remember right they were outsourcing to india the job of the 
"order taker"
and only a few mcdonalds in colorado were testing the feasibility.
