Works fine then. You just gave me an idea. The mail is being send via
sendmail command, which is giving a list of addresses (@statstaff.com)
being only 1 of 31. All other 30 work fine. I'm going to guess that
somehow the mail server at statstaff.com sees this a bulk mail somehow
and blocks it?

I'm going to test this though in a minute.
